Welcome and thank you for being here!
I’m writing this blog under a pseudonym, and you won’t find any photos or real names attached to it. That’s a deliberate choice. This space isn’t about making myself visible in the traditional sense of identity—it’s about being visible in a deeper way.
This blog is where I lay bare my feelings, my struggles, and the reality of my situation. I am a 41-year-old mother of two young children, navigating life with a partner who has revealed himself to be a covert narcissist. While I’ve worked hard to heal from my own challenges, this environment has brought new battles I never expected to face.
I’m here to share my journey—honestly, vulnerably, and without filters. My hope is that by putting these experiences into words, I can create a space for connection and healing, not just for myself but for anyone who has felt trapped, unheard, or unseen in their own struggles.
This isn’t about my face or my name; it’s about giving a voice to what often goes unspoken. It’s about being seen for what I’m going through and, hopefully, helping others feel less alone.
If you’re here, thank you for taking the time to read. I hope this space becomes one where we can all feel a little more visible, a little more heard, and a little less alone.
